Egypt Update

Day 13    Dahab -  Cairo

We needed a little bit of extra sleep so we left the resort at 10am. We had an all day bus back to Cairo. The bus journeys really aren't that bad, I don't even notice the length of time anymore. I seem to have trained myself to sleep as soon as I get on a moving vehicle. We arrived back to the hustle and bustle of Cairo at 7pm and had a quick freshen up before going to 'the best steak restaurant in Egypt' as our tour leader Sami said. There were sooo many different types of steak and sauces and accompaniments. I had a 375g fillet steak :o!!!!! It was hugeeeeeeee. I had it with blue cheese sauce, onions, mashed potato and chips! It only cost 6GBP and it was amazinggg! Too much for me, it's one of those times that Dad should have been there to hoover up the rest, although I think he would have been defeated by it himself!!! After that we were all tired so went back to the hotel after saying our farewells to our tour leader! BYE.x
