Day 60 Bangkok
Jay and Aaron arrive! They've been playing catch up the entire 5 weeks and we see them every other night or every 3 nights. So we chilled with them for a bit and then headed to Khao San Road, the main backpacker street to do a bit of shopping and people watching from one of the many cafes. Later we met the guys and their tour leader for a farewell meal - a better one this time :) which was really lovely! It was a riverfront location and it was seafood.. I don't eat seafood. So I had a salmon steak cause it had the word steak in it and it was actually really good! We then went to a few bars with the boys and had a really good night! At the end we all got in a taxi to my hotel where the 3 got out to say goodbye to me before going on to the other hotel (because I changed hotels for the start of my new trip). It was super sad!! Heidi cried which made me cry :'( I really will miss her so much, she's like a best friend to me. We were together 24/7 for 5 weeks and I absolutely adored her, she's one of the most amazing people I've met. But we've already decided a rough time that she's coming over to stay with us Mum and Dad ;) I'm sure you're both fine with it. So yeah sad times. BYE.x
